Lauren has been enraptured by the magic of animation after becoming obsessed with cartoons like Adventure Time and My Little Pony as a nine-year-old. To this day, she can quote an embarrassing number of lines from Dreamworks’ Megamind.
She loves storyboarding and how it infuses storytelling with the visual medium, displaying so much information and emotion through a collection of simple panels. This college animator currently studies animation at the Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts.
